Biography
D. Preethishri is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science at Kongu Engineering College, Perundurai, Tamil Nadu, India. Her teaching and research interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Medical Image Analysis. Her current research focuses on the application of deep learning models for the detection, classification, and analysis of eye-related diseases, particularly eye/corneal ulcers, using medical images. Her research aims to develop intelligent and reliable computer-aided diagnostic approaches that can assist healthcare professionals in early disease detection and clinical decision support. She is actively involved in teaching, student mentoring, research activities, and academic events related to emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
